Growing not shrinking!

Ugh. Like at what point to I stop the insanity!?

I'm a little over 180 last I looked. I feel fat. My jeans are almost impossible to zip/button.

What can I do?  Eat less, move more. I know its possible...I've accomplished it before.

Today went okay. Progress. Not perfection.

B: 2 cups coffee with creamer, maple brown sugar oatmeal.
L: 1/4 cup Mac salad 1/4 cup cottage cheese cucumber carrots and tsp sunflower seeds.
S:cherries
D:chicken fried steak, fried potatoes and corn
S:jello with fruit

Best part of my day?!  I Went to THE GYM!  30 min on the bike 160 calories 6 miles.  My heart rate stayed around 130-150
