Not too shabby

Not gonna say I've been perfect but we had fast food the other night and I got salad (i ate about 10 of hobbies fries)

Tonight my kid offered to buy me fast food I declined and made eggs with spinach feta and tomato (oh my am I full too)

Now I did have a piece of chocolate and also caved and got a diet coke. But I would have to say my positives have been outweighing my negatives! I'll take it.

Oh yeah and down 3.6 pounds. Watch me!

Staying strong

It's PMS TIME and I've got a teenager doing especially dumb teenager things can we say stressed out?

I had my nacho Thursday for lunch can't give that up yet. But I had healthy breakfast and snacks and dinner

I bought like 5 pounds of cotton candy grapes at the fresh market mmmmmm.

I need to incorporate movement into my day especially since I sit all day at work.

Going on a walk this evening 8pm gonna do it.

Well that went badly

That last attempt didn't work. I don't even want to see what I said I weighed because I know it's more now than it was then....

About a week ago I said I was starting over, again. Not sure why this seems so hard. Not only do I know what to do but I've DONE IT before. Should be a piece of cake....mmmmm cake.

I don't plan on blogging daily but I want to record my victories and my woes and maybe somewhere down the line it will inspire someone, maybe posting will keep me on track. Maybe I'll never blog anything besides this blog. Time will tell.

All I know is I am 5 foot 1 inch and a week ago I weighed 189.4 pounds. I'm unhealthy. I'm tired. I'm sore. And I feel uncomfortable. I want better for myself. I deserve it.

So starting last week I spoke with a friend. I joined an online community and I got protein powder stuff for breakfasts. My goal is to eat cleaner more unprocessed foods more often than bad ones.

So I did well last week. Oddly enough at my desk I eat mainly healthy options it's home where I lose it.

I did have nacho Thursday but minus the chips. I had 3 bites of a funnel cake at the fireworks and today I ate 1/4 of an icecrrsl blizzard.

I've also had healthy shakes for breakfast salads for lunches and nuts or cheese for snacks.

Not perfect but an improvement for sure.
