Well I didn't wake up and go to the gym... but my inital plan was 3x a week so I still got this. Sadly I'm sore from my 6 mile bike ride yesterday...
I remembered breakfast. Had a healthy lunch and added extra veggies into my dinner. I've had about 30 Oz of water and 30 Oz unsweetened tea.
So far so good. I was very close to buying a diet coke at the store...not even because I wanted one. .. just out of habit. Sad right?
